Returned Goods Policy
Under normal circumstances, goods will not be accepted for return other than for the following reasons:
a) To correct an Orthomed delivery or order error. Orthomed must be informed of any errors within 7 working days of receipt. Goods being returned to Orthomed must be adequately packaged, to ensure that no damage is caused during their return to Orthomed. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and not tampered with in any way, along with the original invoice or delivery note.
b) In response to a recall instigated by a manufacturer.
c) Where the products or packages are alleged to have been faulty, damaged or tampered with prior to delivery. Details of the fault or damage should be notified to Orthomed as soon as possible in order that the manufacturer can be alerted if appropriate and must be accompanied by the sales invoices of delivery note.
d) Where the products have been offered on a pre-arranged sale or return basis. Goods being returned to Orthomed must be adequately packaged, to ensure that no damage is caused during their return to Orthomed. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and not tampered with in any way, along with the original invoice or delivery note. Goods returned under this category may be subject to a handling charge of 15%
e) Where Orthomed agrees, in advance of their return, to accept goods not covered by any of the above criteria. Goods being returned to Orthomed must be adequately packaged, to ensure that no damage is caused during their return to Orthomed. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and not tampered with in any way, along with the original invoice or delivery note. Goods returned under this category may be subject to a handling charge of 15%
f) Special Orders - These products will not be accepted for return or credit unless supplied as a result of Orthomed error. In such cases, the product must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
All returned goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage during the return journey. Orthomed cannot be held responsible for return goods in transit.
